Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Hourscooper Walk-In Tubs wants hourscooper.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly out of our hands. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@hourscooper.living and we will help where we can. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
Let us know where the site gave you trouble, and we will take a look. Email contact@hourscooper.living and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What happened and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can say
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep working to make it easier to use.
