Hourscooper Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent providers who install walk-in tubs, convert tubs to showers and build walk-in showers. We are not a contractor. We do not do the work ourselves.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us about your project and where you live. We then point you to a provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job. The provider contacts you, looks at your bathroom and gives you a written quote.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Be clear about prices and what the quote includes
• Respect your home and your schedule
• Explain upkeep once the job is done
• Take extra care with older houses and hidden surprises

Licensing and insurance rules differ by state and job. Ask any provider about theirs, and check the details yourself.

What We Do Not Do

We do not install, repair or remove anything. We do not set the price. We do not promise how a job will turn out. We also cannot tell you what your own policy might pay for. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners pay nothing to request a connection. Providers in our network may pay for the homeowner inquiries they receive. That is how a referral service works, and we think you should know it up front.
