How Our Network Works for You
Talk to a local provider

Who You Will Talk To
When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. This is a local business that does walk-in tub, shower and conversion work. Hourscooper Walk-In Tubs does not have staff who visit your home. The provider does the visit, the quote and the work.
You may reach a sales contact, a scheduler or a project lead. Titles differ from one business to another. Ask who will be at your home and who will do the work.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a few simple questions so the quote is useful:
- Which project you have in mind
- How old your home is
- Whether you own a house or a condo
- What worries you most about bathing now
- Whether anyone using the bath has trouble with balance or standing
Photos of your bathroom can help. Do not worry if you cannot answer everything.
Questions Worth Asking
Bring a short list to the conversation:
- What does the written quote include and leave out?
- How will you handle old pipes, soft floors or hidden damage?
- How long might the job take, and how much of the home will be disturbed?
- What upkeep do you suggest once the work is done?
- What happens if something goes wrong after the job?
- Can you help with paperwork if I make an insurance claim?
Costs vary by job. Walk-in tubs and conversions can range widely across the U.S., so a written quote is the most reliable way to compare.
You Stay in Charge
A request does not lock you in. You can ask for more than one estimate. You can say no. Take time to think it over, and ask a family member to join if that helps.
