What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Hourscooper Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep notes in writing.

Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please understand that Hourscooper Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@hourscooper.living and include:

  • Your name and a phone number or email where we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or a local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
